Croatia to break record this summer

The Croatian travel industry is still growing in all markets after it hit a record in 2011. The figures for the 7 first months of 2012  show a total of 6.66 million arrivals for a total of 35.87 million RN. According to the statistics of the Ministry of Tourism, from January to July the number of arrivals has raised by 3.8% and the RN by 5.4%, compared to the same period of 2011. The overall benefit for the economy of the country has increase by 4.2%. Tourism Minister Ostojic announce that is ministry is forecasting an increase ranging from 3 to 5% for the all season, that is up to end of October. Figures for the Russian market are expected to be much higher.
